The staff was super friendly! i especially liked alston. He was an amazing server! the food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the basque cheesecake. i definitely recommend visiting the restaurant. You will not regret it!
The room i had was small. the view from the room was just a wall. That was disappointing. the bathroom was also very small. it was basic and felt very cramped. I wish i had more space.

Armando restaurant was a great place for spanish food. they prepared cuisine beautifully, and the service was very attentive! mouddin, houssain, with the staff seemed fantastic. I appreciate their care.
I was not give enough information upon check in regarding areas i could access. the room lack bathroom amenities, it only have two milks and two teas. the side of the curtain was broken. The window was not covered fully.

The hotel restaurant offered a varied menu. i found many options to suit different tastes and dietary requirements. breakfast included fresh fruit, pastries, as well as hot dishes. I thought the quality was consistently high.

The room has climate controls, so the temperature was always comfortable. i noticed the provided fridge and coffee setup, convenient. i had enough outlets available for charging devices. This was a great help.

the air conditioning wasnt working properly and the ceiling was low in the room, feeling kinda oppressive. the windows they was old so it was loud in the room. i was really not expecting all this.

The location was great. It was a short walk to euston station. the hotel also smelt wonderful, especially in the reception area. our twin room was comfortable AS well.
The bathroom sink leaked onto the floor. It needed fixing. the shower was faulty. Water sprayed everywhere. i could not USE the shower properly.
